Dr. Michael Lee is the Managing Director of Performance Care. Dr. Lee has a PhD in Medicine (Neuroscience, University of New South Wales) as well as clinical qualifications in both Physiotherapy (University of Queensland) and Chiropractic (Macquarie University). Michael is a certified Active Release Techniques (A.R.T.) Provider since 2000 and has completed post-graduate courses from the C.H.E.K. Institute and the McKenzie Institute.
Dr. Lee was a former Lecturer in Movement Rehabilitation and Exercise Physiology in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of New South Wales between 2008 and 2010. Dr. Lee joined the Department of Chiropractic at Macquarie University in April 2010 and was appointed the position of Lecturer and Researcher in Applied Neurophysiology.
Dr. Lee is actively involved in research as a Clinical Neurophysiologist with a special interest in neuromuscular adaptations induced by resistance training, motor learning and pain. |

Paul is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA). Paul has a strong interest in evidence-based exercise management and prevention of chronic diseases including Type-II Diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis and metabolic syndrome.
Paul is currently enrolled in the Master of Chiropractic program at Macquarie University and currently liaises with physiotherapist and chiropractor at Performance Care by prescribing comprehensive exercise rehabilitation programs for various musculoskeletal conditions.

Mei Ling is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with Exercise Sports Science Australia (ESSA) with a strong interest in diabetes education. Current evidence suggests that lifestyle modification is the most effective way to manage diabetes and prevent the onset of diabetes. Mei Ling specializes in exercise program design and prescription for people with or at risk of developing type-II diabetes and liaises with physiotherapist and dieticians in a multidisciplinary environment.
Mei Ling conducts one-on-one* and group exercise classes* for:
- Type II diabetics
- Older adults with poor balance
- People suffering from osteoporosis

Andrew is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) and Accredited in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation (MSk) with the Australian Association for Exercise and Sports Science (AAESS).
He is also accredited with the CHEK Institute as a Practitioner and Holistic Lifestyle Counsellor.
Andrew has had extensive experience in the field of conditioning and rehabilitation having worked with elite rugby union and league players, professional golfers and tennis players, Olympic level swimmers, rowers and track athletes, and has spent time at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra.
Andrew currently liaises with Doctors and Physiotherapists regarding exercise rehabilitation programs for athletes and the general population, as well as general strength and injury prevention programs. |
